Can I use this on my hair??

I would guess that it's fine for hair, since it's mostly an oil blend. It might be a little heavy, depending on your hair texture.

what does it smell like?

Smells like lavender

Is it ok to use in a jacuzzi whirlpool tub or does it foam and ruin the jets?

Yes it’s ok to use it in the jacuzzi and. It does not foam . Just be careful when standing up it’s oil so it will be slippery.

Bottle leaked, it is also very cloudy and has some floaters in it, is it usually cloudy or perhaps the one I received contaminated with mold?

I have had several bottles but none had this problem. I love the Lavender and Wild Orchid and the Inchi oil. The bottle you received does not represent the quality of the oils I have gotten. They should replace it for you.

Are these oils good for feet as well and can you apply it without the bath ?

This oil is great for feet, it does not leave an oily residue for long, it absorbs well. I recommend bathing first then the oil.
